NS products apply oil-free air/gas bearing technology and high-efficiency, high-speed motors with turbo-type impellers to deliver outstanding energy savings.
Thanks to the oil-free bearing structure, stable operation is possible without a separate lubrication system. This allows for the supply of clean compressed air, making it highly suitable for applications such as fuel cells for power generation, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, food and beverage, semiconductors and electronics, and the textile industry.
Additionally, NS has supplied compressors with air bearings for Hyundai’s hydrogen fuel cell EV, the NEXO, achieving mass production of over 50,000 units-proving exceptional reliability and quality.

As the global economy rebounds post-COVID-19, the compressor market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.9%. Rising demand for energy efficiency, tightening environmental regulations, and industrialization in emerging economies (Asia, Africa, Latin America) are fueling growth in compressed air solutions.

– Environmental: Wastewater and water treatment, desulfurization

– Industrial: Textiles, glass, food & beverage, steel, medical, general operations, etc.

As the carbon economy shifts to hydrogen, NS supplies hydrogen vehicle compressors (e.g., NEXO) and blowers/compressors for fuel cell power generation (e.g., Doosan Fuel Cell). We are expanding into hydrogen purification and filtration through a partnership with GaoQ (China).

– Hydrogen Mobility: Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles and Drones

– Fuel Cell Generation: Fuel Cell Power Generation

– Hydrogen Purification: Palladium Membrane for H₂ Purification

NS currently provides environmental control units for South Korea's attack helicopters and aircraft cooling systems for Korean F-16 Pods, as well as for customers in Turkey and India.

– LAH (Light Armed Helicopter) components

– ECS/ACM

Based on our high-reliability design technology and oil-free air bearing systems, we have successfully completed the development of our BOG compressor and are currently preparing for classification certification and mass production. Moving forward, we plan to continuously expand our lineup of oil-free compressors to handle a wider range of gases, including CO₂, hydrogen, and ammonia.
